核二廠空照顯示整個海域已熟化，陸、海域生態系生物了無生機，活性因子已完全消失。又因北台灣由於東北季風盛行促使海流帶動大量的漂沙，再移動的過程中，遇上進、出水口碼頭突堤的關係以致阻擋流失沙源無法補充，因此核一、核二廠，沿海岸侵蝕嚴重，更可怕的是原本金黃的沙灘今已變成褐色。及其排放產生「核化氧」效應，從石門鼻至野柳岬的海域石珊瑚全部死亡絕跡，也因潮序運行危及東北角，從鼻頭角到貢寮鶯歌石海域的石珊瑚，不但無法生長而且母叢也開始在氧化，倘若不及時因應，後果是不堪設想，因為石珊瑚是陸緣最前一道防線及海域生態系活的索引。註：（核一、核二廠海灣漲、落潮序為西—東）
In the above aerophoto ,the seas
around 2nd Nuclear Power Plant has been warmed thoroughly and there is no any biological
life. On the other hand ,due to the northeast monsoon in North Taiwan ,the sea current
moves a large quantity of running sands. The lost running sands cannot be supplied because
of stoppage of outlet and inlet wharf of the nuclear power plant ,consequently ,the coasts
near 1st and 2nd Nuclear Power Plants have been seriously eroded and the golden
beach has turned brown. Owning to the effect of "nuclear oxygen" ,the corals
from Shihmeng to Yeliu Cape all were dead. Due to the running of tide ,the stone corals at
the northeast coast (from Pitou Cape to Yinko Rock ,Kungliao) cannot grow and are being
oxidized. The result is not remediable if we don`t take the action in due course ,because
stone corals are the first defense line of the coast and the index of oceanic ecological
system.
