依本圖以觀,興建核四廠不但對貢寮、雙溪二個鄉鎮的人民生命與財產造成直接的傷害及失去永續發展的能力,且危及大基隆、大台北飲用水庫終年遭受核煙輻射的污染,另加損害於海、陸域生態、環境、資源之故意,依法顯以確不符合公共利益之要性,為此祈求 總統李登輝先生在憲政改革交棒前,宣告停止核四廠興建,德澤批被於眾生和造福萬民,以維世代生存環境之永續。(台電引用漁業法第29條來申請撤銷鹽寮灣漁業權,實依法無據)
Im this map ,we found the construction of 4th Nuclear Power Plant will not only cause direct damage to the lives and assets in Kungliao and Shuanghsi Towns and make them lose the perpetual developing vitality ,but also affect the dams in Keelung and Taipei. Besides ,land and sea ecology ,environment and resources wull be damaged as well.
