   One must eventually give up everything owned by him and the world. Why don`t we keep a piece of clean land for the issue?

   With respect to Northeast Coast of Taiwan ,4th Nuclear Power Plant at Yenliao Bay as well as historical witness relating to the ecological environment and resources on land and sea ,firstly ,I would like to underscore the inappropriate policy adopted by the Government by constructing 4th Nuclear Power Plant. On the ground of deficiency in wisdom with regard to the management of land and coast ,the natural ecological resources of mountains and woods ,rivers ,seas and lands in Taiwan all have been seriously destroyed by the Government ；as a result ,it has adversely affect and endanger the subsistence of the existing and coming generations.

   For the historical significance ,I hereby record geographical environment and ecological resources for both land and sea at Northeast Coast of Taiwan. Meanwhile ,I shall solemnly restate the wrong policy about the building of 4th Nuclear Power Plant. Since its construction will result in the unrecoverable destruction and damage to ecological environment and resources of Yenliao Bay. In consideration of preservation of ecological environment and natural resources for the coming generations ,I have to call for immediate stoppage for the construction of 4th Nuclear Power Plant.The following are my points of view:
