處理桃園輻射馬路應早日解決為宜!
Attended NOON MEETING, hosted by Messrs. Chuei-Tsen CHIU, Pao-Ching CHEN, Shao-Chin PENG, Legistrative Yuan members; participants including captioned AEC key officers;Profs/Drs. from Communication Univ.; NTUniversity; Ching Hwa Uni.; Chairman Wang Yu-Lin,Radiation Safety Association; Taoyuan Acting Magistrate King-Shuei HUANG; some local reknown environmental protectors and the undersigned at National Taiwan University Meeting Hall, Taipei on 1997-03-21.
The main objective of this meeting was wanted to settle/ resolove the years pending contaminated radiation Taoyuan's problem at its earliest convenience through local people mutual communication/understanding.
Many possibilty and good ideas have been given during the meeting, however, none of the suggestion was adapted except "Dig out all of the contaminated radiation MATERIALs,Thorium/ Uranium,from its 8-road and bury them in Institute of Nuclear Energy Research is the best Settlement" among all of their suggestions.
輻射污染物來自何處, 最好之儲存處為原來之所有者再好不過的了! 切勿將它淹埋於廢礦坑道內, 或其他人煙稠密之處, 免予再一次受人們之抗爭!
On this occasion, in CONSIDERING a QUESTION in ALL of its ASPECTs i.e. HUMANISTIC ASSISTANCE, REALISTIC and JUDICIAL etc.,the RELEVANT GOVERNMENT OFFICERS are STRONGLY SUGGESTED to RESCUE the LIFE of TAOYUAN RESIDENTs as FIRST PRIORITY PROBLEM to RESOLOVE so CALLED CONTAMINATED RADIATION ROADs, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SPENT YOUR MONEY or BUDGET. Your special attention on this matter, concerning on the
RESOLUTION OF CONTAMINATED RADIATION ROADs would be highly appreciated.
