寶貝三貂灣是上天賜給北台灣現在及未來世代子子孫孫賴以永續生存的海域「物種資源寶庫」，即將為建核四廠而從此永遠消失，核能四廠施工及營運，運用海域範圍，更顯鹽寮灣3000多公尺黃金沙灘和秀麗山河美景，將因台電核四廠進出水口及碼頭、管線排放口結構體所替代，整個鹽寮灣至雙溪河口1\1沙灘將從此消失不復返。將來可能如同核二廠現況之海岸景象，由此可見核四廠址之選定及興建的決策過程，不但粗糙且對台灣地理、人文、環境、生態認知上的膚淺，台電更須負起損害於生態之故意的責任。註：（本圖照特為世代子孫整理，印冊保留，以作因核四廠興建後，其生態環境和資源之變化的對比。）
Santiago Bay is a "Species
Resources Treasury" in North Taiwan ,disappearing forever due to the construction of
4th Nuclear Power Plant. 3000-meter golden beach in Yenliao Bay and beautiful landscape
will be replaced by wharf and pipeline outlet. Whole Yenliao Bay and 1/2 of Shuanghsi
River mouth will disappear and never return. The coastal landscape will be same as that
near 2nd Nuclear Power Plant. As a result ,selection of the site of 4th Nuclear Power
Plant and decision for its construction were not mature ,and there is a superficial
knowledge to geography ,humane background ,environment and ecology. Taiwan Power Plant
must be liable for the intentional damage to the ecology. To find the truth ,please refer
to the inlet and outlet of 2nd Nuclear Power Plant(P.7) ,so don`t be deceived by the
paperwork of Taipower Company. Note:This picture is reserved for the issue ,being used for
