係凡人類千萬要牢牢記住這塊寶貝海域是向後代子孫借用的，國家有責任保守原狀返還世代子孫的義務。倘若政府一再施行惡政，無視貢寮鄉民公投96.3%堅定的反對，強行興建核四廠，現在的執政黨和各級權責單位，以及擁核學官均須對後果負責。
All people shall remember that we borrow this land from the issue ,as a result ,we shall return it to the issue in its original state. If the Government insists on building 4th Nuclear Power Plant irrespective of plebiscite by the local residents ,the existing ruling party ,competent authorities ,scholars and experts shall be responsible to the consequence.
