Decision and Termination for Construction of 4th Nuclear Power Plant " The
site of 4th Nuclear Power Plant is relative to origin of South Pacific aborigines ,witness
of Taiwanese history and culture as well as pre-historic cultural traces of Ketagaran. In
addition to the oceanic resources for the issue ,its kaleidoscopic ecology and "Gene
Bank" of oceanic origin is the drinking water conservation area. We ask for the
decision-maker not to ruin the "Santiago Bay" that may save our life ,otherwise
you will be regretful and shameful to the issue.
Prologue to the Sea
At the outset of creation ,the order of the nature has been made. For the running
of sea ,the trench flows ,lashes ,cuts ,turns ,separates ,mixes ,presses the water. Wind
appears when the tide is moving ,that`s the origin of ecology and can generate the energy.
Ecology is the top priority ,being always more important than the energy.
